I friggin love breakfast, and I friggin love burritos. Putting them together is a match made in heaven, and you can freeze these suckers for up to 6 months.
8 large eggs
1/2 gallon of egg whites
1 white onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 packages Protein Up, Carb Down wraps
1 cup shredded cheese
Add oil to a large skillet. Combine eggs and egg whites in a large bowl and blend with a fork. Gradually add eggs, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook scrambled style until all are cooked. Sauté onions and bell peppers in with the eggs. Turn off heat and add in cheese and mix. Evenly fill the 10 wraps with the mixture. Store in freezer bags. Chuck ’em in the microwave for 1.5 minutes when you’re ready to eat!
