What’s your “Why”

Most people would like to be in better shape. Whether that’s through fat loss or building muscle pretty much everyone has an ideal physique in mind they would like to achieve. But have you ever sat down and thought about why?

Why do you want to lose weight? Do you want to be healthy to be with your family for longer? Do you want to be able to chase your kids around without being out of breath? Do you want to be able to climb mountains and play sports? Or do you just simply want to look a certain way? Any and all of these can be reasons to work toward fat loss, but if you don’t have a why you have nothing driving you to reach your goals.

For me, I want to be in better shape to be able to do all of the things I want to do outside. I want to age well and stay active so my older years are easier on me. What about you? What’s your why?
